1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bebaat ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the bebaat.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Bebaat is an AI-powered lead research and outbound-drafting service. We deliver researched leads, enriched contact information, and drafted outreach emails directly to a designated spreadsheet or database. Bebaat functions exclusively as a research and drafting firm. We do not send emails on your behalf, we do not manage your sending infrastructure, nor do we guarantee specific conversion rates, response rates, or meeting volumes from the provided leads.

3. Payment, Delivery, and Refunds

Our service operates on a usage-based pricing model based on the verified leads delivered according to your selected tier. Payments are processed on a recurring schedule as agreed upon during onboarding. Delivery schedules (e.g., weekly or daily batches) will be established prior to commencement of work. Due to the irreversible nature of custom research data, we do not offer refunds for delivered leads. However, if a provided email address hard-bounces within 14 days of delivery, we will replace that lead credit in your next batch free of charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the data provided by Bebaat in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy and electronic communications regulations. You are solely responsible for the legal compliance of how you store, process, and contact the individuals in the data sheets we deliver.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bebaat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The specific lead sheets and generated outbound drafts delivered to you as part of our service become your property upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our delivered data services.
